Our video DVD Moves through the year of happiness Movement music is the ideal complement to our movement CD Moves through the year. It is suitable for carrying out exercise units in the living area if a TV / video device is available or as an instructional video for people who work in social care.
Here you will find all the songs on CD 1 filmed on a video DVD in HD quality. Ralf Glück shows you the movement exercises of the individual songs while sitting. The DVD content: twist on the slopes, toboggan fun, ice skating, tricky gym lessons, samba olé, laundry day, summer dance, potato vacation time, strudel polka.
The accompanying books with the exercise instructions, the basics of sports, the texts and the notes are enclosed with the CD editions. (Not included with the DVD)
Our movement music was awarded by the Federal Ministry of Health and Social Affairs for participation in the prevention prize. In 2017 and 2018, our concept was selected as a best practice example by a jury of experts in the AVENO special exhibition at the geriatric care fair in Nuremberg and Hanover. We were also very pleased about the nomination for the Bavarian Health and Care Award 2019 from the Bavarian State Ministry for Health and Care.
